I’m a holistic Nutrition coach who has helped thousands of people get back in control of their health and life. With a deep passion for conscious health and 30 years experience in Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Naturopathy plus my coaching skills, I can help you truly understand yourself to become the best version of you.
