If you have found your way here, chances are you have already tried those. The diets, the supplements, the early nights, the Google searches at midnight. You have done all of it with the best of intentions. You have worked hard at this. And you still don't feel like yourself.

After 29 years of working with people as a whole-person health practitioner, I know that what sits underneath the exhaustion, the hormonal chaos, the weight that won't shift, or the anxiety that won't quiet, is rarely just one thing. It is usually a combination of the physical, the emotional and the parts of life we have been quietly pushing to one side. That is where we begin. Together.

How it works

The way I work is not complicated, but it is different. I look at all of you. Not just what you are eating, or the symptom that brought you here, but how you are sleeping, how you are feeling, what is happening in your relationships, your stress levels, your inner life. I do not separate them out because, honestly, they are not separate. When something is off, it is usually off in more than one place.

This is not a prescription service. I will not hand you a plan and send you on your way. What I will do is help you understand what your body is trying to tell you. We work at your pace. We go as deep as feels right for you. And we build something that is genuinely yours, not a programme designed for someone else that has been handed to you with your name on it.

The First Conversation

Sometimes the hardest part is simply not knowing where to start. What is this? Why do I feel this way? Is it physical, emotional, both? You have questions you cannot answer, and a sense that something needs to change, even if you cannot name what.

This is the session for that moment.

We spend 90 minutes together going through everything. Your health history, how you are feeling physically and emotionally, what life looks like right now and what you would like it to look like instead. You leave with a clear, personalised plan and, more often than not, a sense of relief that someone has finally looked at the whole picture.

This is where most people begin. And it is a genuinely good place to start.

This is the programme I recommend most. Not because it is the longest, but because real change needs time and space to take root. One session can shift something. Seven sessions can change everything.

We work across whatever you most need. That might be physical: nutrition, hormones, digestion, energy. It might be emotional: the patterns, the beliefs, the relationship with food or with yourself that has been getting in the way. Usually it is a combination of both. Across seven sessions we go underneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you, and we build something that lasts.

Sometimes life delivers something that knocks you sideways. A difficult season, a health scare, a period of sustained stress, a transition you did not see coming. You are not broken. But you are not yourself either, and you need something to help you find your way back.

Three sessions will not solve everything. But they will give you clarity and the kind of honest support that helps you begin to feel like yourself again. Some people come to The Reset in the middle of a hard time. Others use it as a way of experiencing the work before committing to the full programme. Both are completely valid reasons to start here.

  • No. I am not here to take things away from you. I am not interested in handing you a list of forbidden foods or telling you that everything you love is making you ill. What I am interested in is understanding why you reach for the things you reach for, and what your body actually needs. Sometimes small shifts make an enormous difference. We start there.

  • Most approaches look at one part of the picture. Diet, or stress, or hormones, or sleep. I look at all of it, because all of it is connected. In 29 years of practice I have not met a single person whose struggles came down to just one thing. If what you have tried before has not worked, it is not because you have failed. It is because nobody has looked at the whole picture yet.

  • It goes as deep as feels right for you. I will never push you somewhere you are not ready to go. What I will do is create a space where it feels safe to be honest about how you are feeling, what is going on in your life, and what you actually need. Most people tell me afterwards they felt relief and left feeling lighter.

  • That is an honest concern and I respect it. A payment plan is available for Come Back to Yourself, and The First Conversation is designed to give you real value even as a standalone session.
