sTEP 1: We address the root causes 

Most of your unhealthy choices around food are actually HABITS and/or ways that you're using food to avoid uncomfortable feelings. In BWBY, we go under the surface to address the root cause and make changes there. 


Step 2: You take conscious action 

Understanding how your emotions affect your behaviours allows you to pause, reflect and CHOOSE. You learn powerful self-care skills like meditation, breathing into your body and visualisation to get to know yourself, feel more in control and find peace around food.  


Step 3: Develop strategies for life 

There’s no quick fixes or hacks in BWBY. You get a toolkit of strategies to beat the cravings, stop the self-sabotage and help you navigate social situations. Supplements, approaches to eating and naturopathic techniques are recommended to support your new way of life.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Sophie, nutritional therapist & life coach.

It’s time to stop taking care of everyone else and take care of you. To learn how to eat for joy, for nourishment, or just because! To eat without guilt, shame and the constant tallying of good vs bad food. To have a strong healthy body and clear mind.

I can help you with this, because I’ve experienced all the feelings you have...in fact I’m still a work in progress. I’ve felt the shame of helping clients overcome their food hang-ups in the day whilst scoffing chocolate biscuits at night. 

I’ve healed myself with my own program, looking under the hood to understand the thoughts and feelings that precede a biscuit binge and learning how to rewire my beliefs around food.  

That’s why it’s my privilege to support you in this; I know what you need to succeed - a sprinkling of self-love, a measure of accountability and a good glug of compassion.
