This is the privacy policy of Fuller Nutrition.  It outlines how we collect and process your personal data, how that data is used, who we share that data with and how we keep it secure in accordance with The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 (the Law).  Please read the following carefully to understand our procedures regarding your personal data.

  • Health information including your previous medical history (Special Category Data)*

The site uses cookies or similar technology to collect information about your access to the site. Cookies are pieces of information that include a unique reference code that a website transfers to your device to store and sometimes track information about you.

  • recognising if a visitor to the site is registered with us in any way;

4. Why We Collect Your Personal Data

We need your personal data in order to provide our core business services, to fulfil a contract, to fulfil our statutory obligations, for the management of a contract with clients and to manage legitimate business interests.

5. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide services, products and information that you request, or (with your consent) which we think may interest you.

  • Carry out our contract with you.

  • Tell you our charges.

  • Tell you about other goods and services that might interest you.

  • Present site content effectively to you

If you are a new customer, you will only be contacted if you agree to it.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will require your name and email address.  This information is for the sole purpose of providing promotional emails which contain relevant, instructive information and services.

If you don’t want us to use your personal data for any of the other reasons set out in this section, you can let us know at any time by contacting us at sophie@fullernutrition.com, and we will delete your data from our systems.  However, you acknowledge this may limit our ability to provide the best possible services and products to you.

In some cases, the collection of personal data may be a statutory or contractual requirement, and we will be limited in the services and products we may provide to you if you don’t provide your personal data in these cases.


6. What We Do With Your Personal Data

  • Internal record keeping. Personal data is kept for 7 years in a locked filing cabinet and/or private and secure computer database.

  • We may use your personal data to improve our products and services.

  • If you have subscribed to our mailing list, you will receive useful information as well as promotional emails.

  • From time to time, we may also use your personal data to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email or phone. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

7. What We Will Not Do

We will not share, sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.  We may use your personal data to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you consent to this happening.

8. Accuracy

If you believe that any of your personal data we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible.  We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

9. Your Rights

Under the Law, you have (amongst others) the right to:

  • request access to, deletion of or correction of your personal data held by us at no cost to you

  • request that your personal data be transferred to another person (data portability);

  • be informed of what data processing is taking place

  • restrict processing

  • to object to processing of your personal data

  • make a complaint to the regulatory authority
