Ready for a Mid-Summer Pause?

Craig and I would be delighted if you’d like to join us to pause for a moment and receive Summer’s gifts.

Join our Mid-summer Pause Qi Gong & Guided Meditation circle on Saturday 27th June

Take time to connect within and hear what your heart has to say.  Drop the mental chatter, relax fully and be with the powerful and luminous energy of Summer’s peak, as post-summer solstice, the light draws in once again.

Summer is the time for our hearts to burst open fully, to receive the wellbeing and joy that long sun-filled days (hopefully!) bring us but our working lives and past experiences, often as far back as childhood, can influence how able we are, to relax, allow and receive.

If things haven’t gone to plan in the past we may feel afraid to fully connect with its abundance and visibility, suppressing our heart’s desire to open to play, laughter and possibility, holding ourselves back from enjoying life to the full and feeling connected to ourselves and others.  Equally, it may be a difficult time for a number of reasons and taking a moment will help you to feel nourished and supported even for a short while.

Summer is all about mastery; fully allowing our unique selves to flourish, the opposite of fitting in and playing small

How we experience the seasons that follow is also dependent upon how fully we allow, embrace and enjoy this time.

Together we will explore practices to connect with the gifts this season offers and celebrate ourselves as the seeds planted in spring reach their full ripeness.

What to Expect:

We begin and end in circle with guided meditation and reflection practices.

Qi Gong offers deep breathing to calm the nervous system, stretching to open the body's meridian channels to increase the flow of the body's natural energy with a series of slow graceful movements to cultivate lightness and harmony in both body, mind and spirit.

Followed by guided visualisation to help you step more fully into your unique divine self and embrace Summer’s gifts.

Enjoy delicious bliss balls and herb tea to finish
