Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are here to answer any questions you might have about working with me. Please do read them and get in touch if anything is unclear. I want your experience to feel as smooth and supported as possible, and that includes being as flexible as I reasonably can.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give me as much notice as possible. 72 hours is ideal, and 24 hours is the minimum required to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Within a package, a session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Compassion is always exercised for illness and genuine emergencies, so please just let me know.
If you would like to pause your sessions or put your package on hold, that is absolutely fine. Just get in touch and we will work something out.
Events
If you need to cancel your place at an event, I am unable to offer a refund unless your place can be transferred to another person, in which case a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds
Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you decide after your first session that you do not wish to continue with a package, you will be refunded the remaining balance minus the cost of the initial consultation and a 10% administration fee.
Unused Sessions: Packages
You have up to 12 months from the start date of your package to use any remaining sessions, provided your payment plan is complete. If you need longer, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for the duration of your package. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 months after the package end date.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer in advance is preferred. I am not currently able to accept card payments. For face to face appointments, cash or cheque can be arranged in advance.

Online Consultations
I use FaceTime or WhatsApp Video for online sessions. If you would prefer Zoom or another platform, just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Please ensure your device is fully charged and you have a strong internet connection before we begin. A hands-free setup will make the session more comfortable for you. If we lose connection at any point, please wait for me to call you back. If connectivity remains poor, I will text you to continue by phone.
You are welcome to record the session for your own personal use using a second device.
Confidentiality
Everything shared within our sessions is entirely confidential and will never be disclosed to any third party.
Session Length and Extra Time
Initial consultations are 90 minutes. All follow-up sessions are 60 minutes. If extra time is needed, I will always let you know in advance and confirm whether any additional charge applies. This does not apply to packages where sessions are still outstanding.
Email Support
All packages include unlimited email support for the duration of your programme.
