Rest & Renew with the Autumn Equinox

Hello & welcome

The strongest energetic shift of the year is approaching late September, triggering a series of physical, emotional and spiritual changes.

Jane and I would love you to join us for a heart-warming and centering yoga & meditation practice.  What have we discovered about ourselves during the Spring and Summer and what do we need to let go?

The descent into darkness encourages us to turn inwards for this contemplation and cosy up as the temperatures cool and the weather becomes perhaps, a little more inclement.

We will begin in circle with a short balancing meditation leading to a Yin Yang Yoga practice offering rest and reflection, energy and structure in preparing for winter, and finishing with a gentle guided visualisation to support you through this seasonal transition.

Jane and Sophie will help you unwind and relax, inviting a sense of calm and renewal as we welcome the coming Autumn and Winter.

Jane England - yoga instructor - Jane is a living, moving and breathing example of the benefits Yoga can bring to your life. Sharing those benefits with others is her passion and why she teaches yoga. Coming from a fitness background Jane teaches Yoga with a functional connection to mind and body creating an environment that’s inclusive and supportive.

Sophie Shand - Nutritional therapist & life coach  - Sophie is a holistic health practitioner combining her philosophies of Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and life coaching to help others.  She is passionate about embracing nature’s rhythms and connecting to oneself through meditation and other spiritual practices.
