What you need to know about Water with a twist
If you know me as a client you will know that I bang on about hydration ALOT. But did you know hydration is not just about drinking water? Actually the more important question is, are you utilising it, I mean, absorbing it into your cells?
The fluid in our body is more like jelly in consistency, also known as 4th phase water, structured water, EZ or exclusion-zone water or H3O2. And the foods that contain the most structured water are raw veg and fruit surprise surprise! But we do have to be careful of too much of those little darlings; fruits I mean. They've been so hybridised, they contain more sugar!!
Gerald Pollack is a bioengineer and scientist at the University of Washington. His book, The Fourth Phase of Water, offers new insights into the way water behaves in nature and in the body. In essence it is thicker, more viscous, negatively charged, and holds energy. More on this in a minute!
But first, a little recap..
drinking adequate amounts of clean water is essential to help every single cell in the body flush out toxins and take in nutrients.
Every single function in the body requires water
Generally speaking, at least 2L a day, not more than 1L in one hour. It's the first place to start in any health protocol.
Then, it becomes a question of how well you are actually utilising the water you drink and this is dependent on the health of your cell membranes.
Simply put, if you've been dehydrated for 2 yrs or more then you inadvertently put your liver into 'dehydration alert.' * In this chronically dehydrated state you're in a state of emergency you see. Your cells will shrivel up so the liver responds by coating the cell wall in cholesterol to protect the fluid inside the cell. Long-term, the cell wall hardens and the pH inside your cells drops creating an acidic environment, not at all conducive to health. In fact, the opposite, as viruses, bacteria and other toxins thrive in this state.
This cell wall hardening* prevents the natural exchange of electrolytes and therefore nightly cell cleansing stopping you from feeling fresh and energised upon waking.
Perhaps you'll start to experience more inflammation (the basis of all symptomology) and start to feel really tired. Eventually the hardened cell membranes form the basis of cysts, tumours, fibroids, arterial plaques and plaques found in the brain plus many other dis-ease processes.

What I'd like to add, is the importance of this structured water inside our cells, because it is living, intelligent and electrically charged. It doesn't need pumps. It's like a battery. However, you don't get structured water from the tap. That water is as good as 'dead.' You need sunlight and movement and grounding - bare feet on the earth to stabilise the charge in your body. You need electrolytes found in your raw fruit and vegetables and also in natural sea salt, sea moss, shilajit etc. And clear energy through your thoughts, intentions, meditation, music and other healthy frequencies. Water responds to vibration. Why not bless it even, what's the harm hey!
