Winter brings shorter days and longer nights, often leading us to live out of sync with nature — waking before sunrise and eating after dark. Over time, this can leave us feeling depleted, tired, and more vulnerable to illness.
To help you restore balance, Craig and I have come together to offer a gentle pause and preparation for what’s ahead— an afternoon dedicated to slowing down and preparing for this quieter, more introspective season.
Join us for a beautiful experience of stillness and mindful movement designed to align your body and mind with the rhythm of winter. Together, we’ll explore nourishing rituals that help you conserve energy, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality.
Allow us to guide you through practices that soothe the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and replenished. As you settle into the season, you’ll cultivate inner warmth, creativity, and resilience to carry you through the colder months ahead.
