Addressing the emotional

It's always important to address your 'stuff.' All your limiting beliefs ( negative emotions) from childhood because they hold you back.

At Fuller Nutrition we can do this by:

1. creating a safe space to explore what's coming up for you ( your triggers).
2. using breath and visualisation to feel the blocks in your body and allow the emotions to come to the surface. I help by asking the right questions to enable you to feel into what you're feeling and let them be released.

How will you feel afterwards?

Lighter, relieved, hopeful, peaceful, more content.

This is what happens when you finally let go of what is no longer serving you. You see Life through a fresh pair of eyes. This work connects you to you - your authentic self, to your intuition so you become your own best friend strongly connected to your own inner guidance by which to steer your life, make it work for you and make it the best ever.


Develop the right mindset by
1. Noticing your thoughts and being consistently self-kind so chucking out the thoughts that don't serve you
2. Thinking things through - in other words, planning and preparing and daily, small steps

We create long-term change not a short-term fix and we do it in a sustainable way not some rigid restrictive diet so it's totally do-able and over a realistic time-frame for life-long success.

And making physical changes by
Using nutrition plus other dietary protocols and lifestyle changes to hydrate fully, detoxify and utilise nutrients so your body becomes a vehicle through which you reach your goals with greater understanding of the workings of your body and it's needs whilst living a life free of fear and discomfort with this new-found knowledge, with ease and grace.
