Deepening your breath workshop circle with Sophie & Paul

Join Sophie and Paul for our 2nd empowering breath workshop circle.

Combine the sharing and connection of sitting in circle with the power of the breath to release negative emotion and restore calm and the magic of guided visualisation to connect you this time with both your masculine and feminine self.

Paul will enable us to become aware of and develop a deeper understanding of the ways in which we breathe and how this impacts every aspect of our lives.

During this session we will work to clear restricted breathing patterns, let go of emotional baggage, release tension and move from our head into our body.

Let Sophie help you connect to your masculine and feminine.  Whoever we are, we carry feminine (nurturing, creative and ‘being’ energy) and masculine elements (focus, direction and ‘doing’ energy) within us and when in balance life unfolds more effortlessly and harmoniously.

When out of balance, we may experience overwhelm, anxiety and burn-out.  Connect with these different energies and how they are playing out in your life.  Enjoy bringing them together to enhance the qualities you most desire such as peace, strength, compassion, grace, fulfilment and happiness.
