Menopause is not all doom and gloom...discover the gift within it

In case you hadn’t guessed I’m on a mission to help women in their 40s and 50s going through the perimenopause and the menopause.

I’m going through it and it feels a bit like when you have a baby.

You know that feeling when you know something’s up but there’s a kind of secret Mum’s club. You’re blissfully unaware of what’s ahead of you and none of the Mums tell you anything. It’s like they don’t want to let you in on a secret - it's bl**dy hard! Of course there’s the indescribable joy too.
So I feel a bit like this about the menopause.

Nobody’s saying anything. Nobody’s giving us a roadmap, well not here in Guernsey anyway. And the thing is menopause support groups are great, really they are but it’s the time before it hits that would be a superb time to get in tune, a bit like pre-conceptual care.

Before the moment hits when we start to notice our skin and hair feels different or we feel a bit hotter some days or our bowel movements have become more sluggish.

But it’s not all doom and gloom I promise. Just as with a baby, you have to listen to his or her needs, be flexible, adaptable and adopt healthy strategies and routines then you get to experience the joy of a loving joyful bond.

It’s the same with hormonal change except the loving bond is with yourself and the prize is greater self-confidence, more joy and a clear sense of purpose.

That’s why I’ve created a package entirely designed to help you navigate this time.
