The menopause is not sent to make you feel bad..

ABOUT THE MENOPAUSE

I want to share something with you.

The menopause is not sent to make you feel bad.

The menopause is not the reason behind why you feel bad.

The menopause is a picture showing you where you’re at right now toxicity wise.  Like all times of hormonal change it's an opportunity for a reset.

Our toxic load grows or subsides throughout our lives depending on how we deal with our life experiences, our diet and our lifestyle.

The menopause shakes it all up and brings anything unresolved to the surface.

If you get underneath your hot flushes, your emotional angst and your poor sleep, you will have a smooth menopause I promise.

And getting underneath them means revisiting your past, telling your story - your past right up to the present day- your family’s story, your childhood, your adolescence, your 20s,30s and 40s.

Your physical story and your emotional story.
The 2 can’t be separated. Both impact each other.

From there, you can see what needs to be put down, what needs sorting and what needs to happen going forward.

You do not need to suffer in menopause.

You need to acknowledge what’s going on for you and get clear on your needs and create a structure, a loose-ish framework, a plan that helps you to re-balance and feel like yourself.

 That’s all the menopause is.

It’s an invitation back to you..a reclaiming of your past - the parts of you that got lost along the way.

Is it a straight line journey back to balance?  No.

Do I offer a quick fix?  No.
Will you want to give up?  Yes at times that's why I'm here.

It’s the journey when embraced, that’s incredible, supportive, inspiring and a revelation as you discover all the tools and techniques you can use to create your best life.

🌟Nutrition, lifestyle and emotional therapies to transform your health for life🌟

"I went to Sophie for help with weight gain, menopausal symptoms and chronic IBS. For the first 2 sessions we hardly touched on the food side and instead delved deeply into family history, past trauma, upbringing and lifestyle. I have learnt that in order to help ourselves nutritionally we have to get deep into our emotions and that self care is very important for our well being and then the nutrition side becomes easier. Thanks to Sophie I am calmer happier healthier and more forgiving of myself and a better version of who I was before." -  E. P.

 Lots of love
