Rise and Renew with the Spring Equinox

Join us for a nourishing afternoon of Yin Yang yoga, meditation and connection

Hooray, lighter warmer days are coming and the Spring Equinox heralds the true beginning of Spring.

Each season brings both gifts and challenges.  What might this new season offer you?  What do you need or wish for as you take your first tentative steps into the second quarter of the year?

What to expect

Sophie will guide you in circle, creating space to connect with yourself and others; helping you to pause, reflect and release the dark grey days of Winter.

Through seated and lying-down guided meditations, rest and reset your nervous system remembering how to simply ‘be.’  Thoughts and ideas may have been percolating through Winter and now you’re ready to plant those seeds in preparation for Summers ripeness and abundance.

Jane will take you through a practice that explores the energies of Yin Yang Yoga

Beginning with grounding, receptive Yin shapes — longer holds that invite patience, introspection, and softness. Then we’ll gradually build into a more dynamic, warming Yang flow — cultivating strength, clarity, and forward momentum. Like the season itself, we’ll move from stillness into emergence.

As the afternoon draws to a close, we invite you to sit in circle soaking up the care you’ve received with herbal tea and bliss bites before stepping out into Spring feeling replenished and ready to receive its gifts.

What youll take away:

If self-care practices have slipped by the wayside, this is an opportunity to feel inspired again — whether through a short daily yoga or meditation practice, conscious breathing or simply writing down how you feel to clear your mind.

Taking time to fill up your own cup benefits not only you but everyone around you.

We are excited to share this seasonal pause with you.
